Service Request Instructions

Please follow these instructions when requesting service. Please note that service can not be offered without following the steps below. Thank you for your understanding.

 

1. Please check our troublshooting section to resolve your issue.

2. Ensure your machine is connected to the internet.

3. Verify machine has TeamViewer8 installed.
      You can get the free download by clicking here.

4. Have your TeamViewer User ID and Password available and ready.

5. Take photos relating to your problem.
      Photos of the inside of the computer cabinet, and or inside the saw enclosure
      can be very helpful to resolving your issue in a timely manner.

6. Send a detailed description of your problem, photos and TeamViewer login information to the

      following email jimu@tctautomation.com, or text to 352.735.5070

 

Please note: By sending your service request to us, you agree to our rate of $100 per hour for remote service. Some technical issues may require one our technicians to come onsite to make repairs.
